Mr Ibru Calls for Financial Assistance on Sick Bed

 Renowned comic actor John Okafor, famously known as Mr. Ibu, has reached out to the public for assistance through social media, revealing his ongoing battle with an ailment that poses a potential threat to his leg.

The actor made this heartfelt plea from his hospital bed on Wednesday, sharing a video on his Instagram page. In the video, Mr. Ibu disclosed that he has been unwell for several weeks and is currently receiving medical care as an inpatient.

Describing the severity of his condition, the actor shared that his medical team has informed him that amputation might be the only viable option if alternative treatments are exhausted.

Adding to the appeal, Mr. Ibu's daughter, Jasmine Okafor, expressed concern about her father's deteriorating health and highlighted the financial strain he's facing. Consequently, she called on compassionate individuals to contribute towards sending Mr. Ibu abroad for advanced medical treatment.

Accompanying the video, Mr. Ibu provided banking details for well-wishers willing to offer financial assistance:
