An 80 years old man attacked an 88 years old
man with a long knife leaving him in a pool of blood in front of Sheng Siong Supermarket downstairs in Block
122, Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.
The suspect has been arrested by the police while the 88 years old victim has been hospitalized as reported by Shin Min Daily News.
The 80 years old suspect was reported to have received a bad gossip about him through his wife that witnessed the 88 years old man talking about her husband in a coffee shop.
The suspect then confronted the victim on 15th March 2023 about the gossip and vowed to attack him while the victim expressed
no fear. The cause of the gossip is yet unknown as at the time of this report.
Two
days after, around 6 pm on 17th March 2023, the 80 years old suspect
openly confronted and attacked the 88 years old man with a long knife cutting
the victim’s face and nose.
